Position Summary
Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and owners at The River Club. Assist with handling luggage, guiding or escorting guests to their units, and offering shuttle and equipment services.
This is a full-time, tipped position for the winter season. Must be available to work weekends.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Extend warm greetings to guests and owners upon arrival and provide prompt, excellent service during their stay.
- Assist with handling luggage at check-in and checkout and escort guests to units.
- Provide private shuttle rides to guests and owners upon request while exercising safe driving habits.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area to recommend activities, services, and destinations to guests.
- Maintain clean and neat work areas, including the shuttle and common areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service.

- Flexible work schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and responsible with strong customer service and communication skills.

- Attention to detail.
- Polite and patient demeanor.
- Ability to bake and perform basic food preparation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to ascend and descend stairs, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
